As a member of the Association, an organization or individual is welcome to:
1) Participate in the activities of the Association
2) Bring issues of particular interest to the attention of the Board
3) Share advocacy information within your sphere of influence
Association annual membership dueS are outlined below:
Tier I: Cornerstone Member: $5,000 - Large multi-state firms
Tier II: Sustaining Member: $2,500 - Mid-size to large firms
Tier III: Sponsoring Member: $1,500 - Small to mid-size firms; large non-profits
Tier IV: General Member: $750 - Small firms (typically single member); mid-sized non-profits
Tier V: Emerging Member: $250 - Small non-profits

Contributions or gifts to the Missouri Workforce Housing Association (MOWHA) are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. They may, however, be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of MOWHA's lobbying activities. MOWHA estimates that the nondeductible portion of your dues attributable to lobbying is 10%.
