MOWHA is a statewide organization comprising non-governmental community organizations, public agencies, general contractors and subcontractors, private and nonprofit developers, architects, professional organizations, bankers, attorneys, accountants, property managers, advocacy groups, and various construction material suppliers – approximately 180 groups in all.
